Register a return
Would you like to return or exchange an item? No problem – we make it as easy as possible for you. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it. Simply choose one of the following options:
1. Refund to your original payment method
Simply return the goods to us yourself – please use DHL only.
Please include a note in the package with your name, your order number, and the reason for the return.
After you have sent the package, please send us the shipping receipt (tracking number) via one of the buttons below.

As soon as your package has arrived, you will receive your money back within 10 days.
2. Free exchange
Is it just the size that doesn't fit or would you prefer a different model? Then we will cover the return shipping costs for you and send you the new item free of charge.
For orders from Switzerland, the UK, and other non-EU countries, we are unfortunately unable to offer this service – in these cases, you will bear the return shipping costs yourself.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback via PayPal, Klarna, or your credit card – we can always find a faster solution through direct communication. Should we demonstrably incur processing fees from the payment service provider due to an unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to charge these to you on a case-by-case basis.
