Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor attributable to their self-employed professional activity.)

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
  • on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the last item, where several goods are delivered separately;
  • on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the first item, in the case of regular deliveries.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or letter).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs for non-standard shipping methods), without undue delay and no later than within 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment as the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until:

  • we have received the goods back, or
  • you have provided proof that you have returned the goods

You must return the goods no later than 14 days after withdrawal.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value if it results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary.

EXCLUSIONS AND EXPIRY
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • custom-made products
  • goods that spoil quickly
  • sealed hygiene products once opened
  • goods that have been inseparably mixed
  • unsealed software / audio / video
