4. Refund process:
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
5. Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@bellalea.de.

DOES THE PUFFER JACKET KEEP YOU WARM?
Yes. With a total weight of approx. 850 g and its generous padding, the Bella Léa puffer jacket offers a particularly warm and comfortable feel on cold days.
HOW DOES THE PUFFER JACKET FIT?
The jacket has a straight, slightly cropped fit. For the intended fit, we recommend your regular size.
IS THE HOOD DETACHABLE?
Yes. The hood can be completely removed and features a soft fleece lining as well as a drawstring.
CAN I ADJUST THE WIDTH AT THE BOTTOM?
Yes. You can customize the silhouette using the drawstring at the hem.
